Hasn’t CC said he doesn’t want to change a winning team, in which case neither should play. Perhaps Arona is just a bit ahead of Dave. He’ll play when he’s ready, blimey it was only last year people were moaning that he was playing when he shouldn’t have been.

According to Dave he is fit and ready to go, that was 3 weeks ago.

Maybe the confusion over Fifita comes from recent press articles stating he's ready to play and the fact that he appeared on Rugby AM on the 22nd February and said that his foot was ok and good to go and all he needed was match fitness.....maybe there's something we're not being told? If it's just fitness why hasn't he appeared for the reserves like Alex Walker last week?

Why am I being exulted, I'm stating the obvious, either Dave isn't ready or CC isn't wanting to pick him. He's not an automatic choice having not played in ages. It's not like the HB 's where there is a definite shortage, two players would need to be dropped for Arona and Fifita, I can't pick two who deserve it can you?

Well after Cas I would have said Navarette, but fair play to CC and navarette because I thought he was excellent at Salford. You are right it would be tough to find 2 to leave out, but Fifita is arguably our most influential player, and could take us from having a decent season to a very good one! He did an interview in the YP on Jan 15th saying he hoped to be fit for the first game?! Either wild optimism, or he's had a setback? There seems to be some misinformation floating about, I think it's reasonable for the paying speccies to know what's going on with the star man at the club? I partly pay my money to see the best players turn out onto the field, so why wouldn't I want to know what's going on with him???

Well although it would be harsh on anyone who did get dropped we’ve all called for Chester to show some steel in selection. He didn’t make any changes for cas and look how that turned out! Green was blowing and it’s a short turn around , also if everyone’s fit I d drop crowther for arona s versatility no reflection on crowther but just my opinion
