On his day he wouldn't be far off in the top 3 halfs in the league he was brilliant last season and i for 1 have been really disappointed how things have turned out this season with him, i really hope this is all rumours and he comes back fit and firing for us, but something isn't right and i think him getting shown the door won't be far off the mark, but if rumours are to be believed he was one of the main orchestrators of chesters down fall and wanted CC out because the players felt he was out of his depth

When we played you early in the season he looked dangerous when he had the ball.
As for the rumours if they are right, I think that might put to bed any thoughts of him coming our way.

He's a good player but injury prone and if rumours are true, he sounds a bit of an egotistical windsack. Chester knows him so don't think he'll come unless the rumours are wrong.

Cant see him taking a reduction in wage unless KR pay him off but for me it would be a No thank you as good a player as he can be. There is a feel good factor at the club and him coming in could upset that sooner look elsewhere for a half back that we do need just in case

Isn't Kelly ooc at the he end of the season, so it's decision time probably for Rovers.
Do they let him sit about and pay his wages, or make a clean cut and offer a severance deal?
We have picked up quite a few players after being released, albeit some have worked out better than others!

Heard he played a blinder yesterday.

He seems to decide when to play a blinder, which is really untenable when you're compelled to squeeze every ounce of value out of your SC spend.

Just been reading some of the comments again on this thread, and remembered one comment as per below from The Avenger

"ive been told that we are looking at much better for next year so don't quite see the point of Albert Kelly coming."

Has anyone else heard this, and do we know who this could be.
