| Because of injuries to many forwards on the park, we got to find a better opinion in the half than Pitts ,though he did throw out a good cut out pass for one of the try,s.All the kicking had go through Lino and St new this . Over all a very poor first half ,but a very good second half . same as last week .Hope we can get some players back for next week and play for more than 40 minutes , or we could struggle

| Not a totally unexpected result, but we just weren't at it first half, unforced errors, and low completion rate. Better 2nd, Pratts try highlight for me.
Let's not forget we are work in progress
It puzzles me how St Helens get away with slowing the ruck down, (not just today but most games) Refs just don't seem to see it.

Worst performance of the season but rather tonight than next week. Grants one eyed interpretation of the rules is borderline bent.
Grant was an absolute embarrassment tonight the way he let saints lay on like he did, no wonder we couldn't get out of our half.

| We started slow against Leigh last week and even slower tonight,so we're putting ourselves under massive pressure.
Our injuries are partly to blame but we need to up our intensity and move up quicker to the tackle.
The second half was more reassuring and gave us a glimpse of what we could be capable of when we put out our best team.
On a side note,as others have said, the ref was garbage

| We looked dead and buried at half time, with not a chance of scoring a point. Infact we looked like a Trinity side of years gone by. Awful completion and discipline and really poor game management and kicking game. We failed to build any pressure at all and gave away really soft tries, especially the drop out one. We made Sironen look like a prime Ali lauitiiti.
Second half as soon as Cozza came on we changed. Our intensity and attitude looked miles better and scored by far the best tries. At 75 minutes our intensity and line speed looked better than at 10 minutes with St’s looking knackered. Cozza needs to start for me next week, his attacking link up play and defence is really really impressive.
There were 2/3 incidents last night where surely a yellow card should have been shown. The Batchelor one was borderline but the Knowles one surely was. Also when Cozza put Atoni through it also looked like a shoulder to the head.

| Slow first half but much better second, I totally agree about SAINTS slowing the game at the ruck the refs need to grip this. Second half we got back into it and scored some really nice tries. Given the changes we had to make and playing SAINTS overall the result wasn't unexpected and could have been a blow out credit to the players they reeled it back in.

Cozza must start at 13 next week after that performance.

| I agree. But where to play him. If Max is back you'd assume Pitts goes back to 13.
If Max isn't back he may actually be a better option for 6.
He at least keeps his place on the bench to change things up.

| From the way Max was talking last week, he was very confident that he will be back next week

| Forgot to mention Cozza's contribution. Not seen much of him, and not even sure where he plays, but he brought a level of enthusiasm, and not a little skill, which had been missing.Big raps to the lad.
