Oh don’t get me wrong he probably got a handsome wage from Toronto, but Toronto are a bit of a special case and I’m sure Caton Brown realises that and isn’t expecting other clubs to offer him the same. But a week away from a new season and unemployed do you think he’ll refuse to sign for someone unless it matches his Toronto wage? I doubt he’d be that stubborn.

You still have to stick to club wage structure.
If Carter decided what he could spent and Chester spent it, they should stick to that. MCB is a good player but he left and we used that money.

As for the question about the respective seasons...... Of course I'd rather have yours.
In comparing teams we are a young strong man pulling a truck. We've got momentum so it's going OK but a small bump could stop us.
Leeds are an old guy with a flash car that broke down. It's funny when we go past you but if you fix it you'll just go straight to the front again.

Not quite sure it's fixed yet though. We'll see.

Was so called stubborn he left Wakey wether , his call.

Would have him back in a heart beat if I'm honest, however, we would still be in the same situation, so probably a bit pointless really.

What i would have done though, is replaced him for the start of the season. Although we can switch Tupou or Lyne when needed, we dont seem to have quite the same dynamic.

The earlier comments about Reynolds seems a bit too soon, though I do also feel we have plenty of cover there. Unfortunately, in the 3 friendlies I have seen, not really seen a great deal from him yet, but is too soon to judge I feel

Exactly right.
He would still be behind BJB and Johnstone in the pecking order so, he wouldn't be overly happy and would always be looking for first team rugby elsewhere and in fairness, he's good enough to get a spot on the wing in plenty of sides.

As for Reynolds. I think it was John Kear that said "you can never have too many pivots in your squad".
Right now we seem to have too many but, a couple of injuries and maybe a suspension and the lad will be getting his chance and with Hampshire on a one year deal ? it's nice to have some cover. Plus the competition for places should hopefully keep everyone on their game.
