I'd buy it.

We're down in London this weekend, I'll have a walk round soho and see if I can get a pro to draft a quick letter. HTH.

It would cost less than £500 to get a solicitor to write a letter to the SoS, copied to Box and Mackey, to put them on notice; I'll chuck in £50, and I'll provide the solicitor.

| What are you going to sue them for, not reaching the required acreage to build a community stadium. We were part of the agreement which stated that once a set area is built on then the build would be triggered. I believe that even if we took the current structure into consideration the trigger point is not reached and therefore currently there is no breach of any agreements at this time.
I would guess this is why we have not gone down the litigation route because it would be pointless and a waste of money unless of course those in the know can confirm what they consider the council to have failed to do.

| I've always wondered why did WMDC allow them planning to build this Newcold, when it was not part of the original agreement that had taken years to organise & then officially rubber stamped by the S of S. Also looking at it from Yorkcourt's side, what was the point of all this, just to build one building in all these few years. Surely they could have found an easier way to get that done. Unless I'm missing something.

Perhaps you are right but, maybe, the next couple of units will take the total build past the trigger point and this is why things are at such a delicate stage
and nobody (including WMDC will want to have land not being used, which could generate income for the developer and WMDC ?
This is pure conjecture but, something will eventually be built there (Newmarket)

I know it's frustrating, but you know who the trust are - and fortunately for everyone I am but one of them - and all things are being reviewed. We may well be asking for money, but it will be a task over £50, thank you anyway!
The addition of a new participant in these discussions - M88 - is potentially a game changer!

Okay, I'll give you 20% but that's my best offer.
Seriously, looking forward to reading The Domino Killer when it comes out in December.

That's the name of the developer that has bought BV and the Superbowl.

Is that another one of those game changers where nothing actually ends up changing again?
I suppose it might mean things actually start to happen one way or the other rather than just endless meetings involving lies and BS from certain parties. That has to be a good thing as the status quo has gone on for way too long.
