Still don’t think we’ve had to shift up from second gear yet. We’ve been starting some halves pretty slowly too. The defence and team appear very well drilled this year and I can only see Trinity getting stronger as the season progresses.
What will be important is putting to bed the top challenging teams at home and away like Fev, Bulls, Toulouse and Sheffield.
I’ve been very impressed again tonight with the aggressive and strong defence. It’s absolutely punishing at times. |

They've have been playing what I thought were lower teams but Halifax is a good scalp today. |

I didn't go today but tuned in to the Radio York coverage and they were saying Trinity are a pretty formidable team for this level of Rugby League and they couldn't really see how anyone will finish above us .
All about ourselves in my opinion including the fact we can beat ourselves too with complacency .
That's probably our biggest rival in the league .
