Being at home I fancy us to come out with a win. Leeds won’t make it easy for us but we have just played both grand finalists and played well in defeat.'"
Murphy is obviously an option, but don't forget Kaye can play there too, so he may get the nod purely based on experience, with Bowes and Crowther sharing the hooking role, Walker at 13 and Miller and Lino in the halves ??

| Never a better time to get one over on the rhinos ,their low on confidence and still way off where they need /should be .No worries about our defence as we manned up brilliantly against saints ,get Lino back in the fold to help unlock their defence and hopefully jobs a good un .

| Murphy for me.
Keep Kay at hooker with Bowes.
Worries me about centre if Minns and Hall both got knocks.

| What we hear all the time is if we had a bit more luck go our way, it is our turn to make sure it does. It may not always work for every club but it does appear to do so far more often than us over the last few seasons.

| we shouldn't be cocky and overconfident .. confident yes but hubris is a danger... they will be desperate for the two points and we have to match or beat their desperation and desire ... anything less and we lose.
keep up the application in defence and be firmer in application
Im enjoying the development of this group of players.. very much!
ps just watched the first half of the reserves... Tanginoa was playing at bending the line... almost 20 meters post contact yards on several occasions, yet he still looked at 3/4 intensity

| Really looking forward to this one and we are more than capable of beating Leeds.
They looked very good in defeat in round one but, have appeared to be going backwards a little since then.
Myler being out for them has stifled their attack and with Lino back organising our attack, we have a decent chance of registering our first "W" of the season.
Come on Trin !

Croft alongside Lino and Tanginoa looked streets ahead of anyone in the reserves on the weekend, looking forward to seeing Croft get his chance again. Shame if Hall isn`t fit, he`s carried his pre season form into the season and just looks full of confidence, it would be brilliant to see him have a stormer against Leeds...
There was a time that you would have written these games off with 4 or 5 young lads filling in but these young lads are brimming with confidence, it`s good to see and that gives me confidence that we will if not win this game, not do ourselves any injustice in our performance.
Wakefield by 18 for me though.

| Big blow to not have Hall or Minns in…that takes us to 5th choice centres! I’d also be dubious on throwing Croft in there off the back of 1 reserve team outing after nearly 12 months out…would be a massive ask!
The other dilemma is whether to go with young Murphy on the wing or go with the more experienced Kay? Given that he’d be outside someone at centre playing out of position, probably Batchelor then I’d save Murphy for another day. Then have either Crowther or Brad Walker interchange 9 and the other 13.
My confidence hit a little with the centre crisis, especially seeing Leeds getting players back and nearly at full strength…but this group won’t go down easily and think it could be won in the middle of the park anyway so over to the forwards!
