Well for what its worth the strong winds are forcast to be from the south so the back of the north stand is the place to be, and this may also aply to the east stand, the front could be a bit wet. Still we should all fare better than the players. Dont expect fast flowing rugby.

I'm hearing that there is no other date available to re-arrange Andy's testimonial. Gutted for the lad. These fellas deserve a payday after being battered for years. Surely something can be worked out in these circumstances. Perhaps the RFL can chip in with a bit of the MM monies?

Eorls testimonial was called off due to snow -the RFL allowed him to extend his testimonial year and hold it the following off season- I'm sure the same could be done for Andy.

Seeing as we play Hunslet next week and then we are close to the start of the new season and do not wish to pick up any injuries, it could be a good idea to play andy,s testimonial later in the summer when the weather would be better and bring in a lot more fans. Not wishing to put the mockers on our challenge cup run but it is feesable that Wakefield and huddersfield could be knocked out at some time and have a free week.
