3 players played their usual 100% games yesterday. Korky, Richard moore and aaron murphy. Good on you lads!! Rest of you hang your heads in shame as for Paul Cooke you are the biggest waste of a Wakefield shirt ive ever set eyes on! Hides in defence, doesnt bend his back even to pick a ball up goes missing not for minutes but yesterday for most of the 80 minutes and for his kicking daddy cool at half time kicked better. its a shame we have resorted to signing this kind of rubbish and for him to come and try to fill broughies boots your having a laugh Kear! I wouldnt even let him near the boot cleaning room he was DIRE!!! We started the season with 90% same team that won games obviously weve lost that 10% of class we had.

TBF I thought Korki, King, Murphy and JD were the stands out for us supported by the willing work of Hendo. The rest for me were way off.

That said Brough wasn't playing that well for us before he left. Some people have short memories. That said he's a bit of an enigma and players of that nature are hard to find and replace.

Even the everwilling leadership and work of Morrison was absent on Sunday. That poor bloke looked knackered and I am not surprised as he's carried the team in recent weeks.

It's class, quality and leadership we're missing at the moment IMHO. We're low on confidence and I think JK has shown a little too much loyalty to some players of late.

very very harsh on Paul Cooke. He has played only 4 games for us in different positions and with different partners. He probably isnt match fit due to lack of game time. Time will prove that he is a very good player. We need to get behind him rathe rthan slag him.

Please dont start having a go at Cooke. What we need is a 7, who is a natural 7 and plays at 7.

At the moment we have 4 players who are in the first team every week that can play 6 but get pushed into 7 even though it is not their natural position - Cooke, BJ, Morrison and Obst.

The whole time we just "fill" 7 with a make shift 6 we will not have an idea on the field.

We must now be massively under the salary cap (even though I am sure we were before) - Newton on £80k, Tronc on possibly similar, Brough on £120k thats £380k we accounted for this year so call it circa £280k + the fee received for Brough and the fact we are not paying Korkis contract now which means we could afford any 7 in the world, or with a fee one of the top 7s.

Basically after this long maths reply I am asking for the club to put its hands in its pockets and use some of the spare cash they were not anticipating on having at this stage and keep the fans on the terraces before they walk.
