doing their best is a basic minimum requirement of anyone that plays sport at any level. not sure why that deserves credit as it's the default position.

Clearly at Wakefield we have watched players who have not given their best so it is not the norm.

Trouble is the majority of clubs fans (not just ours) have never played the game and don't understand what it actually takes to make a decent side. Many think they know everything there is to know without actually understanding the fundemental basics first. Too many arm chair coaches who think they know better than the professionals.
