Also, why would you not have a ground, to stay in SL then Barnsley or Doncaster look likely until Newmarket and staying at Belle Vue in the NL1 would seem to be on the cards if not. The new owner may make the administrator an offer they can't refuse for Belle Vue, or if they are looking to sell Belle Vue on to others or if it is to be liquidated, then the longer the better, as land is only going to go back up in price and why would you not rent it back to the newly owned team until Newmarket or something else came along! The Administrator has a legal responsibility not only to keep and sell the company as a going concern, they also have to do everything they can to choose (if given a choice) who provides the best sustainable long term future for the company.'"
Yes they do, but it doesnt stop the HRMC going for it, if they are the major creditor ie 25% or more then im afaraid they have the call, and if they want to wind it up, then they can by stopping a CVA. The admin has then no option,

the new owner would have to have some good business history

A similar thing happened with the Sheffield Steelers over the summer. Season tickets, though the money had gone, were honoured by the new owners.

It would be a huge risk for a new board to not honour existing season tickets especially given the small take up anyway. How many 'new' season tickets would they be likely to sell? Not that it's a major concern just yet but it's an interesting point.

Luck is a combination of preparation and opportunity
Just to avoid confusion Starbug is the username of Steven Pike
SOMEBODY SAID that it couldn’t be done
But he with a chuckle replied
That “maybe it couldn’t,” but he would be one
Who wouldn’t say so till he’d tried.
So he buckled right in with the trace of a grin
On his face. If he worried he hid it.
He started to sing as he tackled the thing
That couldn’t be done, and he did it!:9005.jpg |

| I see it as inconceivable that you don't play SL this year given how late it now is , although most likely it will need some input from the RFL
If that was the case then the Championship in 2012 also seems inevitable , the most important thing then would be to remain at BV if at all possible , to run in the Championship at max SC level without extra input you need to pull in around 3,000 fans in your own ground , or at least a ground you control and retain income streams without paying massive rent
You will be welcomed down here if that's were you end up

| the marketing of a restructured club is critical to who ever takes over (if it happens) as they would have to regain the confidence of the supporter

If you look at the deal to take Crusaders out of Administration the existing season tickets were honoured by the new management.
As has already been suggested, any new owner would be playing with fire if they didn't honour the season tickets that had already been sold. IMO that would not just be with those who already have their season tickets, but with those fans who don't - I haven't got a season ticket as I can't make it to enough matches for it to be worthwhile, but I would not spend any more money with the club if any new owner didn't stand by the good faith demonstrated by the fans who already have their season tickets.
