I don't think we need any more now. Possibly and only possibly another prop.
We need to go with what we have, which I think is going to be competitive and then adapt as we go.

He’s a part owner in a valeting company - he wants to concentrate on that. We are assuming that he wants to carry on, I wouldn’t be surprised if he called it a day. His request came as a surprise to the club. |

They said he definitely wants to play so he would have more limited time in first team now.
And as said he has a business he would like to grow. So championship works better.

Smart move by him, it's nice to see a professional sportsman managing the transition from professional sport to life after. There's been too many instances where players have finished their careers with no sound plans for what comes next, and have felt - rightly or wrongly - cast aside...in some cases causing serious mental health issues.
Wheres his business based...I've never used a valet service yet, but I just might treat myself. |

He may well be and I may be wrong on the type of business, just what I heard. Whatever it is I seriously doubt he’s the one who will be doing the hands on stuff, I’d suggest he’s a director, partner or owner of whatever it is. Should be, he’s a smart lad and earned good money over the years. Bit like the days when retired players became publicans, but who’d want to do that now. |
