As mentioned a good signing certainly got a year left at SL level, I'm glad we didn't offer him 2 years though. Really hope he does well for you guys.

Don’t get the ageism thing at all , when I’ve watched him he is more than a handful for any of the oppositions he’s played against . All well and good filling a team with youth n wet behind the ears lads , but you need those battle hardened lads who don’t get rolled over and can dig in when the going gets tough . I’m more than happy to take him onboard if true , imo he will be a great asset to the club and bring the youngsters on no end .

Another old boy coming home.

He will be available for potentially our final 6 games of the year. He has been very good in the second row for FC this year no doubt. I suppose the 2 year deal will include if we get relegated. It does worry me another 33+ player coming in, but realistically who else is going to join us right now, we are only going to attract players who are equally happy to play SL or championship. How he has kind of been cast aside by Hull FC will hopefully give him the motivation to be a very good coup for us. Welcome back Josh.

A big change of mind by me having looked back at a few of his games!
At this time I'd much rather have an older guy with experience than a younger guy with potential. We need players who can hit the park running and Griffin can certainly do that.
I was critical of the club for the Dagger/Hall deal - I was wrong! We needed Dagger much more than Hall.
I am very supportive of the club regarding Griffin - very shrewd move.

One more player coming to the dumping ground for old ex S L players .When we going to learn How many old forwards\ players do we need .We started with a team of them at the start of the season .The coach said we are signing two players of Quality .If this is the coaches idea of Quality you can see why we lost our first 15 games
