Constructive debate is good. What we get a lot of on here is not constructive. Some of the threads on here have simply become platforms to almost vilify anyone connected with running the club.i Social media has become obnoxious and unregulated, I never poison the dam thing, it concerns me that forums such as this could end up the same way. I’ve no problem with people having different views to others, my objection is the way some views are projected.

I class MC as a friend and have been in his company plenty of times and spoken about all things rugby and you are way off, but you are entitled to your opinion as everyone else is.

People like avenger are parochial and think you can’t learn the game unless your born to it. After nearly a decade in the game at a very high level I think MC knows the game and that Trinity are very much a part of his life.

I think it was a very disingenuous thing to post by a poster who should know better.

It’s also a myth, JK is Cas through and through but imho is the best coach we have had since Ken Trail. The list of Trinity old boys who failed miserably is a long one, with only Toppo and Kelly having any real success,

Most notable of all the players, name the last Wakefield born player who signed for the club and became a genuine legend. Its not Ellis or TJ, as yet it’s not your lad though maybe one day.

Nope it’s mainly men from the other side of the world who’ve kept Trinity alive. Frankly the last people I want in charge at Trinity are people from the not so Merrie city, they seem to be poison.

Yup, that’s some time ago.

Whatever his motives were, he DID save the club, absolutely no doubt about it.
If he has made mistakes, which I 'm sure that he has, I guess that he's paid for the privilege.

If you or I were in charge, we could do the same. Mind you, it wont be me. No money and nowhere near enough nous to run a RL club.

Those who defend our current coaching set up when do you think we have a problem or does it not matter and we just struggle on with Chester until we are relegated and he leaves anyway. I will admit I struggle to find anything positive carrying on with Chester but I will let the like of PT etc. to convince me otherwise.
