Hokey Cokey springs to mind. There must be some real dirt to hide. Hopefully something comes from this. Get the stadium then push for the community facilities.

At least we can concentrate on RL for now and we're not relying on other teams help for a place to play. Obviously, the stadium issue will rumble along in the background but you just hope that finally all the false dawns and broken promises are coming to an end.

I agree it sounds encouraging but, as always, the devil is in the detail. MC has been very good on detail so if he is happy then there's some reason to be a bit more confident.

What has not been mentioned as far as I can see is the Trust

. They must fit into it somewhere because without their work we wouldn't be as far forward as we are. Usually they're pretty quick to put a statement out but maybe they haven't had time yet to digest all the details. I'll wait to see what they have to say about it all.

Can only think the council are scared of the court action so have engineered a deal more acceptable to MC. If this is the case he can always use the threat of court action to ensure whatever concessions he has forced out of them in this agreement are not reneged d on. Never play poker with MC. He is a professional!
