From the way the Club have worded the job, it sounds like an Assistant Coaching gig to me anyway but I thought we had one

. so that would rule Smith out. Saying that if it was Tony Smith, he wouldn't have control over the first team like he did at Warrington, so I doubt he'd change the culture Trinity has developed. Not that I think he'd come over anyway if I'm honest, even though he seemed to have a soft spot for us.

Regarding Kear, think its a great appointment by our side and I can understand why Wakey are disappointed to lose him.

I've said it on our board, I think the way your club and chairman has gone about this whole situation has been very classy. Could have dragged it out and got nasty so fair play and shows how highly JK is regarded.
