Even the bookies are only going Leeds to win by 10 so hardly predicting a thrashing are they?

The attitude that we're only in the top 8s to make up the numbers absolutely infuriates me, over the course of this season we've been one of the top sides and could have topped the table had a few close games gone our way.
That being said I think the players are letting themselves down at the moment and I don't buy into this well we've made the top 8 so we've had a good season nonsense. The only way to improve in any walk of life is to keep pushing yourself. There's a cracking advert on the TV where George North looks in the mirror and says 'I'm going to get better, I'm going to get better, I'm going to get better'
That's precisely what we as a club (fans and players) need to do, yes we've made the 8 now we're going to get better, being in the 8 isn't enough, that's not us done for the season, we going for top 4. Get top 4 go for the final see if we can make history. On our day we can beat anyone, anywhere we just need to start believing it.

I personally think it may be a close game.

I agree with not throwing the baby out with the bath water and making wholesale changes. After last week's performance I think it may be better to be very blunt with the players, but then give them chance to put it right. Say "right, show me that you care".

If we have a similar debacle as last week then fair enough.

Jowitt misses out again, he must be at his wits end. I could understand keeping him out of the team when Grix was playing superbly earlier in the season, but Grix is looking burnt out now and in need of a rest

Has Grix got some clause in his contract where, unless he's injured, he has to start every game?

I'd like to see more of Jowett this season but from memory I can't think that Grix did much wrong last week. I think when he had a wobble earlier in the season was the time for him to be rested. I'd say CC has shown his hand and won't give him the FB slot unless absolutely necessary

Grix was outstanding as was Arundel
Wood is starting to overtake Grix as player of the year.
The forwards were great. We have a great pack leader in Fifita. He really motivates them.

I for one suggested MJ would be my fullback tonight but not to knock Grix, who I think has been superb for us this season, I just thought a change in tactics would be good. BUT
I am pleased to be proved wrong! Grixy had a great game.

I thought it was a great overall performance although Wood was outstanding. Have to mention Miller though as he showed what we have missed these last few months!
