| Quote PopTart="PopTart"I see your point. And I'm not against it at all. Jowitt is excellent under the high ball.
I pick Grix for the defence management. We'll need to be on it to beat Hull.
It's nice to have the problem
The key thing in the game is for us to stick to it no matter what the score.
I can see Hull scoring points early and setting us back but I think they'll get tired before us and we need to be patient.
If Miller was fit this one would be great for him to come off the bench.'"
I think that currently, IF both players were at the top of their game, Grix would get the nod but, with Grix looking so uncertain, dealing with kicks, at Salford, Max has to get the spot.
IIRC, he only made one error against Salford in the league game and he had 2 assists (one was to set up the game breaking try) and he has to be in.

That's what I'd go with leaving Grix and Sio out...still not the worst 17 considering injuries...can do a job with the extra 3 days...on paper we've a fair bit to find...we need to get in their faces from the off though and I think we've half a chance!

Thought Sneyd was out for 6 weeks?

Agree with starting team, but would have Grix on the bench instead of Walker. Give us some cover in the backs.

Sneyd in squad for Trinity game, very strong squad announced, will be more or less same team that played Cas with the addition of Sneyd back.[list[/list:u Shaul[list[/list:uFonua[list[/list:uTuimauvave[list[/list:uGriffin [list[/list:ustTalanoa[/list[listKelly[/list:u[listSneyd[/list:u[listTaylor[/list:u[listHoughton[/list:u[listWatts[/list:uMinichiello[listConnor[/list:u[listThompson[list[/list:uWashbrook[list[/list:uMichaels[list[/list:uManu[/list:u[listBowden[/list:u[listTurgut[/list:u[listFash[/list:u

| The forwards have try and match the home pack, or we'll be on the back foot and a hammering.

Decent enough team there, as long as we don't concede lots early, the bench is good enough to take advantage of some bodies that played in searing heat, drunk some ale and had 3 days less rest.

| Tough game for us short turnaround and although we can be great like the last few games, we can also be awful like the devious 3 games, although we had a few really key players out in those games.
Even with the players you have out, you are still not easy to beat.
Important game for us with three tough away games after this and we still need 2/3 wins to finish in the top 8 to get that extra home game at the split.

I would agree with that squad. not that different to the one that went to salford and got a result. Grix was awful last week both in attack and defence so absolutely right to give young Jowitt a shot. I dont agree with this idea of selecting players out of position.
It still looks a good team but perhaps like last week we may just lack physicality against another very big team.
