I regret that if Kath Hetherington believes our squad is complete if we include Smith and Owen I am sorry but we are in an even worse position than last season. All clubs face injuries and we intend to go with a current squad of 24 including 3 from our academy and the assistant coach. We currently don't even have an experienced 17 so I ask the question why. We have been given more money from Sky but are intending to go with less so what are we spending it on if not the squad.

I regret you cannot keep blaming the people of Wakefield for not wanting to pay out more for a season ticket. I presume we have cleared most of our debt and used the mid season bonus from Sky to pay the RL loan back, so what are we doing with our share of the sky money.

I don't want to read the usual it all the supporters fault for not going to the games or buying season tickets but do you actually believe this squad will survive and if you know what we are spending our Sky money on.

Gary Hetherington come out and said that the loan signings from the Rhinos won't be there next year, so if we want Kienhorst, we may have to sign him, which would suggest a fee, which would suggest he won't be with us next year?
The only other option is of course that Mrs Hetherington tries to work some magic?

I would hope and expect the latter as the squad is nowhere near strong enough as it is.

He wouldn't be ahead of Kirmond, Lauitiiti, Ryan and Ashurst who must be our top 4 second rowers next season so wouldn't get in the 17 IMHO.

Playing for Fev with the option of a recall may be the route that's being taken(hopefully that's available).

It could well be that contracts for other players have been agreed and there is phased release of the info.
