I am slightly worried about how many times Smith/chase will be looking to exploit our wings with long cut out passes though. That goes for any game this season though i guess

Godinet hasn't even played a single game for you guys, he's only had 4 training sessions, if you think your going to see miricles from him your going to be let down.

It doesn't take miracles to beat a side that hasn't gell'd the season hasn't even started and you think youre the 'superior' team. A team that has a full team new to an environment will need more games to gel then your team has. You forget our team has expierence and understanding of both your starting halves. Salford know pretty much nothing of Godinet or our other imports.

Makes me laugh when the bradford fans go on about sammuts defence but for me Tim smiths defence was shocking. Also apart from the cut out pass what else was there?

No we are not we have brought some new players in and opinion is that we are stronger than last year we will soon find out

You have also signed a new team with some class but not consistent and some are liabilities I personally think your team is well over hyped and can't see you having much of an impact Smith and Chase are your playmakers but played for lower placed teams last season both can go missing and have weaknesses. I am sure our coach will be out to exploit that.

Not pinning all my hopes on Godinet as you say, I've never seen him play, I just have a feeling he may put on a show providing our pack can at least match yours. I'm probably well wide of the mark but will find out on Sunday I guess.

Listen I don't want to put any team down, I just think some of the comments coming from opposition fans about Salford are very premature, none of you have seen us play and don't know our strengths Chase will not be our only attacking threat like he was at Cas, we have a lot more up our sleeve than that. one thing I will say is our defence is very strong from what I've seen, and we've got some big guys out wide, let's hope your wingers and centres are decent tacklers!
