| Back on Topic (Cas V Widnes). I think Cas have changed their style of play under Millward. We seem to be going down the middle more this season which tends to look boring. It was a must-win game for both sides and now we are on 8 points with Salford we can look to push on for the 8th spot. HKR up next (who are on 11 points) so we could put some pressure on them. The Tigers V Wakey game is looking good now. If Cas win that one your season could effectivly be over.

I'm not hoping for a Cas win BUT hopefully if Cas do win it will spell the end of Agar's tenure here.

| A CT win might be a blessing for you then. Do you think WTW would get rid after just 15 games ?

Not after 15 games, but after 27 hopefully. Knowing Agar we will have no props on the bench against CT, 2 hookers, a winger and Mellars.

| It was the only game of the weekend that i actually made a conscious decision to watch
I am starting to find the one sided games and the games involving the "elite" rather sterile and almost like watching another game entirely.
I have no affinity with these clubs nor do i wish to see one side hammer another.
The Cas v Widnes game meant everything on the night rather than in the context of the season, and even though it will have probably been the poorer of the weekends games in the eyes of all at Skysports Towers, it meant something to both clubs, both sets of supporters and come the end of the game it actually meant something too.
Maybe I'm a miserable old scrot' but i find at least 60% of the sky games of little importance, and as it is i watch with the volume on 1, so i don't have to listen to the mutterings of the clearly biased/insane/not-good-enough-to-coach "experts".
Moan over, as you were!!!

| Quote Fully="Fully"Explains why we scored 36 points, had Owen held up over the line twice, Clark short once, Griffin short once.
With a better kicker we'd have probably got over 50 today - that's how poor Widnes were. Could only get near our line with the piggy-backing they got off the number of pens we gave away.'"
Stop kidding yourself pal we were nearly as bad as Widnes were, without Chase we are clueless the only positive from yesterday was Clarke.

Clarke was the only Super League standard player on show from either side yesterday. Fortunately for Cas he had a Cas shirt on.

What I can't understand is why aren't Wakey using 4 props (2 start/2 bench) ? and who are your first 4 choices at Prop ? I noticed the puzzling bench selection for Friday night - Mellars, Wood, Aiton and James. Yesterday we had Massey & Huby starting with Emmitt and Walker on the Bench (also Millington at 2nd row) and this although not looking pretty was quite effective.
