Unless the deal included selling as many assets as possible to lessen the debt and thus the bid price. |

Who said a deal was agreed in principle ? Not the administrators....
We may have a case where the offer to the creditors was not acceptable so therefore the only way to make it acceptable is to raise money from the assets, namely the squad. |
