We got well and truely hammered by a very good side who played the conditions to perfection. Wigan scored some cracking tries and deserved the scoreline - I have absolutely no problem saying this as its the truth. I just find it a bit sad somebody possibly pretending to have been at a game after making pathetic comments that make Wigan fans come accross a bunch of arrogant s - which, I would like to add on the whole they are not.

Sorry to get dragged down to his/her level - but its noticeable they haven't replied as yet......

It was a hollow victory really wanted a god contest today for the good of Trinity and the occasion, but they never got started.

Agree. He made yards and looked willing. It cant of been easy debuting with that shower today. Even King was off the pace. I was completely bored to tears, Wigan weren't that impressive but only because they didn't have to be to spank us. or halves and back combinations just aren't working.
Stood with a decent set of Pie eaters, brought a decent following too. Fair play to em would be good to see someone else win it this year.

Expected us to have a much tougher task today. You lot played with passion against Leeds, where was that today? Wigan didnt really have to even do much to score the 48 points we just turned up, played well as a team and did a professional job in the rain.

Shame that it was in front of a decent crowd aswell, bit like our home game against Harlequins where we had about 18k on and messed up a great opportunity to bring in more fans.

Thanks to whoever the two Wakey fans stood in front of us were, had a great chat with them and they really knew their Rugby League. Good luck for the rest of the season.

Pretty dissapointed about todays performance. I didn't expect us to win today but hoped for a more competitive game. Wigan coasted and went through the motions. They could have easily stepped up a gear or two if required. They do the simple things well and have that extra bit of class which we sadly lack throughout.

Our defence lacks enthusiasm, structure and a work ethic. When comparing Wigan's against ours there was a massive gulf. Blanch crept inside and was caught out but a cut off pass twice but there's a few who just didn't compete.

If we aren't going to score too many tries then we have to make teams work for tries and stiffle their attack where possible. Wigan were far too strong, aggressive and intelligent in the tackle and in attack moved the ball well, with good support play and willing runners from deep.

You are a disgrace to this great game.
Wigan fans tend to be very good for the game, intelligent and game savvy.
You sir are a EDIT, and I would imagine Wigan RL fans would not recognise you.
Your stone for crawling back under awaits you.
Or has the soccer season finished, and you have nothing better to do.
