| Need to be spot on with recruitment - obviously dictated by funds. For every Tanginoa there are three Gigot’s.

| When any deal involves a player swap the difficulty is that you need a Wakefield player who is under contract wanting to probably play in the championship and move to London.

| Retaining Tanginoa seems to have gone up the list from the priority of an organising half.
I’m more confident now we’ll retain our big players than I was a couple of months back. Really need to decide what we’re doing with people like Gigot. Beginning to look a daft signing if we don’t know what to do with him.
If we can get Battye in then great, but think we need to look at the other front row options as for me we can probably get better in to replace Koppy and Green.

Koppy, Green, Navarette, Gwaze and Tangata as it stands wont be part of the 2021 squad.
We have
Fifita, Arona and Aydin under contract.
I think 2 strong quality props are a must and very important signings with the yards we struggled with in a lot of the games. I’d be happy to retain one of Tangata or Navarette for rotation/back up also which would give us 6 props.

I’d keep them both.

| Hmmm...not sure on Tangata (although TBF he hasn't done a lot wrong), but would probably give Navarette another season.

Not had many chances to be fair. He’s a big unit and actually does make the hard yards. Both are known quantities and really shouldn’t be judged on this season. In fairness very few should, only those who didn’t produce what we know they can are imo questionable, I suppose Fifita falls into that group but even the id tend to be lenient.

Tangata is just a workman like prop for me, as you say doesn't do much wrong and gets through the hard yards - The only thing is he will limit us in terms of a quota spot so for me it is all dependant on if we are planning on bringing in any quota players for next season (I know we are looking at at least one).

| Will be interesting to see what happens with Fifita because I thought he was starting to get into stride in the last 2/3 games and I really hope he stays. I'd keep Tangata, less sure about Navarette but as has been said it's hard to judge either fairly on most of this season. We still need to add up front irrespective

If we could keep one of Navarette or Tangata for me it has to be Navarette, he has been quality.
I would also enquire about Battye joining us permanently if we could.
