That is a strong 17 considering the players Salford lost in the close season. Wigan's scoreline last week was misleading with a lot of basketball tries.

Have to be honest I agree. I reckon on any other given day half of Wigans tries wouldn't have happened. They rode their luck and all credit to them but it wasn't a fair reflection on Salford.

I agree. We'll need to improve on last week to get a win.

Think we have to be careful not to start believing our own hype again, Salford are a dangerous side and have decent strike all over the place. Cut out the lazy pens, get a decent completion rate and we should have enough but need the leaders to keep our feet on the ground.

Indeed, if we play to our potential we will be far to strong for them but get complacent and they could spank us. We know this because that's exactly what we used to do.

We are not the underdogs anymore so a new mindset is required because people now raise their game for us. It's a compliment but it comes with strings attached.

I think we will do 'em easily. Better in the forwards, better in the backs. IMO of course.....

You can wrap the Wigan victory up however you like - Fact is Salford were absolutely dreadful all throughout the game and were lucky Wigan only put 40 past them. They would have to improve drastically and Wakefield be off there game, unlikely but we know it can happen. Just dont see it myself.
