| Agreed I'll not be going north again, ashamed to be a wakey fan had to keep one eye on the drunken morons and one on the game. Stewards handled it well tho had to laugh when young Cas lad kissed his shirt at heads and was promptly ejected Ta Ta

| TRB, it seems I owe you a sincere apology after witnessing yet another inept display from this current crop of players, I have to agree with you that the desire of most of them is simply not there. The forwards bar aiton and lauititi make no ground at all. Neither half back takes the line on and the kicking game is appalling. Then there is vince mellars who frankly has been poor for almost all of the season. Enough is enough now, there needs to be some big changes not just for the Wigan game either. The likes of walshaw, Ellis, wildie and mariano need to be given a few games to show their worth.
The defence is soft and so is the attack, no aggression whatsoever. This years side have twice the ability of last years squad, but it appears only half the heart

You'll be a long time then because some bright spark gave him a three year contract. Mind you those other two stiffs Mellars and Southern also got three year contracts. Maybe Glover ought to be looking elsewhere.

I stand by what I said in the first few game up to and including Catalans, there was plenty there to be positive about but I agree with everything you've said. These last couple of game have been a real eye opener, the team seem to have some how gone backwards even compared to our first game of the season. Much to do to turn this around.

Changes will be made but only because of the fixture pile up otherwise i doubt they would.

Tbh those who get a run out at Wigan won't have to do much to deserve to keep there places, but I agree with u, agar appears to have his favourites and they will most likely continue to be picked. He has stuck with the majority of them after London and it failed miserably, he needs to start earning his brass now, cos the last two games have shown some very worrying trends.

Completely agree.
Time for a shake up in the forwards - James, Walshaw, Trout, Mariano, Ellis time to stake a claim - tackle & run hard all match & you will get that starting spot.
1.Which forwards need to move over that is the question?
2. What do the stats say? Who is dropping off tackles and not making the yardage?
3. Have we got too many forwards carrying knocks/injuries to suddenly go completely off the boil & let teams roll us back up onto our own try line too easily?
4.Are those near to or over 30 past it? We got rid of Korkidas at 30 and then signed Wilkes and Lauititi at 32 and Raleigh at 29?
5. Is Southern up to it?
Wigan 2nd team will be rubbing their hands for Monday and Leeds will walk not run over us next Friday!
This is a real challenge to R.A.'s coaching ability and time for him to make some tough coaching decisions otherwise it will not be a 1 year stay with WTW never mind a 3 year one!

Said else where he doesn't have a choice now but I'd be telling any of the guys coming in, perform and you've got the spot, the team desperately needs a shake up. To me it looks like quite a few have got a bit complacent about things, add to that we're desperate for more go forward from the pack. I know it's easier said than done but AG is going to have to put his hand in his pocket.

| Tonight was garbage, outplayed all game by a side that is mid-table. We are in for a long season. Cas's tries were embarrassingly easy to score. Can't see where the next win is coming from, and I'm making a prediction: we will finish bottom. London and Widnes will get better. All we had early season was plenty of fizz. When that runs out, there doesn't look to be much of anything else.
If we do finish bottom, and that is quite possible, Agar should not get a second season. Abysmal last week. Abysmal tonight. Not good enough and we recruited badly, opting for underperformers just because of their Aus/NZ accents.

Have to agree with all the above. The last two games have probably exposed all our shortcomings after what seemed to be promising performances earlier.
The 'time to gel scenario' won't wash with me any more, what I want to see is players playing with some pride. You can coach them all you want but if they aren't playing with the heart behind their efforts then they're a losing team. Cas' took us apart, you could see the difference in the teams, they were keen and up for it and we were not. Oh, by the way, their forwards ripped ours apart.
Well done Wakefield. How many times have I seen this over the years, building us up, the publice responding putting hard earned money into the club and then serving bloody rubbish like that up.
Time for heads to roll. The players coming in may not be up to it at Wigan but at least they will play with pride!

The Catalans game has been our worst result. It has kept Agar in a job for longer. We really need to have the medicine of a long long run without a win to get the buffoon out.

Been there, really feel for you. I remember how we used to finally think we were at the stage he'd have to go, just one more game and there'd be no avoiding it. Unfortunately every time the cracks got really obvious he'd turn into the world's best decorator and pull off a freak result. Looking at your fixtures, I wouldn't be surprised if he survived you getting knocked out of the cup and went on to beat Salford quite well.

No apology needed - we all see it as we do - but thanks anyway.
I get no satisfaction from this at all and, like everyone else, was convinced we had turned the corner against Wire and Catalans.
The net result is that I am sick to my gut after last night - we had barely anything of worth in that side - although I would allow Fox, Cockayne, Sykes, Wood, Aiton, Mathers, Trout, Raleigh and even Ali (when fit) the opportunity to come back. The rest, well all of them can count themselves lucky to have Agar as coach if they are picked in the next 2 games - I'd rather go to both of them and support Wildie / Trout / Walshaw / James / Ellis having a go and going down fighting that see that lot roll over again and embarrass this club still further.
Southern - take your body home to meet your wife and brain, because they ain't with us! The rest - pull your bloody socks up and get stuck in like the professional players you pretend to be!
Agar - who are you kidding? Is it yourself; is it us; is it the player; is it Andrew and James.... because you seem to watching, and accepting, something a million miles away from what any of us would call acceptable. Some of us have some pride in this club - maybe it's time you respected that and stop pretending that it's ok to be shiite because that's what this club is used to!

| We played well at Warrington, had a good hour against Catalans and a decent 20 minutes at Widnes. The rest of the time has generally been clueless in attack and garbage in defence. Yet Agar seems quite satisfied with things as he keeps picking the same team and is sending them out doing the same things. There is no desire, no pride in defending the line and absolutley no fire in the belly. By 10pm friday our season will be over and the way I feel right now i'll be finding something else to do with my weekends, season ticket or not. I'm fed up of the disappointments week after week and under this coach I just don't see that changing. Last year we expected to be poor, this year we should be doing better but are going backwards at an alarming rate. Mr Glover has done great things for ths club, but giving the job to Agar is a major error.
