No, but if you do too much / too little work on key area's on the body then I suspect that you would become more susceptible to certain injury's,
It's also interesting to note some clubs hardly get others whilst some get tons year after year.

| Quote: captaincaveman "why would we consider agar to be any better than kear?
agar has had the privilege of spending up to salary cap, and been able to bring in big name players, and yet still struggles to make a decent team from these ingredients.
why do we feel he will do any better here with less reource?
If it is Agar he needs backing a thoroughly nice fella when i met him at Fev earlier this season.
As others have posted on here other influences may have been at play at Hull
I am happy we have a SL team and will back the coach 100% whoever the club choose. Its barely 6 months since the club was going out of biusiness were off the ropes now its time to put the faith into the owner and back the club and tyhe coach whoever is selected.

From what I was told he is JE's Mate and been the one telling him who is worth a look at, I thought it would have been a conflict of interest but I am told it's right.

| 'We have been looking for a coach that can work to improve the skills and ability of our current squad, but also work to bring in new players (both through the academy and from other clubs) to help strengthen the team for the 2012 season and beyond. The new coach must also be able attract world class overseas players, and make this a place that people want to come to.'
This paragraph should rule Agar out straight away. His record at giving Hulls academy players a go is poor and how would he be able to attract world class players? He's hardly a fantastic record and comes accross as dull as dishwater. I pray that the rumours are false.

I don't doubt what you've been told its just a crazy thought that a coach thats not signed for us at the time is telling us who to sign, worlds gone mad if thats the case.

Certain people from radio leeds were suggesting agar had some involvement with player recruitment at wakey over last couple of months. Seems bizarre if true, even if, as it looks now, he will become coach at the end if this season. Genuinely looked like millward was number one choice to begin with too, which makes the
previous agar signing players rumour even less likely.

That can't be right because I heard that Glover was really good mates with Tim Sheens as he once advised him on the best glass to have in his conservatory and it's Sheens that has been pulling all the strings.
I know some of you will not believe me but this is an absolute FACT.
I know it is because Gronk told me so.

I think some people are asking too much too soon, like others have said, AG as been in the game about 6 months, we will attract better players coaches as we build, just back the club now, and stop acting like baby's, if I don't get his player/coach I'm spitting my dummy out, and not getting a season ticket, any one think we was Wigan/Warrington already, give the club/AG and the new coach a chance, and the best way is to say right we will give you the backing you need, and trust in what you are doing by getting a season ticket

Its more than bizzare its total madness, if they had an signed contract agreement that he would come then i suppose its ok but thats surely was not the case when we signed these players.
I can understand the club consulting Agar and others about different players thats fair enough but its all a bit strange imo.

| If Agar can find another player like Tom Briscoe for us, maybe he might prove to be a success.
