Problem with this idea is if season ticket holders bring a newby, or if some fans can only make a few games then they will stand elsewhere in the ground lose out on experiencing the atmosphere that could get the new fan hooked. If we are to go down this route it should be available to all season ticket holders/members and those members should have the option to purchase Western Terrace specific tickets a couple of times a year to help attarct new fans.

I would love to see this stand as a Wakefield Fans only area. It would be so nice to get a real atmosphere going inside our ground. I would be quite intimidating for the away players as well as a great feeling for our players and really inspire them.

We should not make this a season ticket / Gold / Silver or Bronze Membership only area though. Anyone should be allowed access as long as they Follow Wakey.

i hate the idea of a stand that excludes non season ticket holders (or members), and by definition away fans. one of the biggest things that the game has going for it is the friendly rivalry and interaction between different sets of fans. read these boards and time and time again you'll see the very people that want a "trinity fans only area" say how much they enjoyed interacting with other fans at away games.

i also bring friends to games, as do the people i stand with. they also bring their kids/grandkids and their mates. what a shame to break up what makes our game so special by introducing segregation.

natural segregation will always be there, but so will the person that likes to stand on the halfway, or behind the sticks, or mates from other teams that we see twice a year, and personally i think grounds that are open to all are the best.

I agree with the salient points regarding the different 'types' of supporter not being able to stand together and in essence it seems like a reasonable idea that the club have floated. However, is the exclusivity really necessary? I don't stand on the Western terrace so could some of you 'commoners'

highlight how many 'away' supporters actually stand in the aforementioned area?
I usually concentrate on the viewing of on-field matters and don't usually crowd watch

but from the perspective of my failing eye sight the area is only occupied by WT fans

I like this idea, not the idea of members/season ticket holders only though. Perhaps a members only bar, but on the day fans shouldn't be denied entry to what will be our best stand.

If people who have supported Trinity for 30 years or more ,can you remember the south stand and what a great match atmosphere it gave.Best atmosphere I have ever known at Belle vue and I have been going for over 60 years.

I am a gold member,our lass a silver and the young un a gold so will this mean we may not be able to stand together?
RL promotes itself as a family sport where opposing fans can stand side by side without fear of trouble and this is going totally against it,people should be able to stand where they want.
It can still be a mainly Wakey stand without silly rules(Cas have got WR end,Leeds have got South Stand)so for me its a no.
Maybe make the bar members only but thats about it.

can't see that myself. why turn revenue down?
