| Exactly kk, think the answer would be a yes. Fancy coming back to a place you never really wanted to leave and understood the reason you had to leave to earn a nice juicy deal that stops you playing in a feeder club where you probably have a day to day job too? And where you wouldn't be in as
much a rush to get that bleeding passport sorted!!

Well it isn't the best worded post I have ever wrote; however:
1. James was told that in order to stay on at Wakefield he needed a Macedonian passport (or whatever)
2. Tronc was signed, meaning JS HAD to get the passport to make him none quota- which he failed to obtained.....probably his fault.
However, the truth behind the whole matter is that I would feel slightly ed off if I was James, he was settled here, and had to move on.
Shane Tronc is I believe, settled himself but his partner is not- therefore it could be argued he is pussy whipped. However, I feel that this situation shows that he is a family man, and I cant blame him for that. I am just a little upset that this has happened after losing such a key playmaker....we then look set to lose a key forward....the events of the last few weeks may just turn the season from a potientially sucessful one, into one where we are staring 9th or 10th place finish in the face.

Makes it sound like he's trying to support a village in Africa.
I don't suppose it's like Jeffries missus is it, homesick but still here 5 years later?

My comment was in respect to the insinuation that Stosic was ousted by the arrival of Tronc when in reality it was a condition of Stosic’s contract that he should obtain a European passport to fulfil his second year at the club. The club were led to believe that this was in order so went about filling the quota (rightly or wrongly) only to find out once this was filled Stosic still hadn’t received the required passport.
He may not fancy coming back, but it certainly shouldn’t be because he felt somewhat cheated.

Why???
What should the club have done.....not signed Tronc?? Who is clearly a better player and would/does enhance the team.
p.s l actually think (and said at the time) that we didnt need BJ, but that is the coaches call!

If they'll let us play both.
In seriousness, I'd rather Fozzard, just for the game time he'd give you. And as he's local - there's a lad who's happy with a night out on Westgate. Can't see it happening though, he's playing fairly regularly for Saints.
As for Tronc, the more I think about it, the more it annoys me. Big tough Aussies, reckon the NRL is the hardest league in the world. 3 months of a bit of rain and snow, a moaning Sheila and they're off home, tail between their legs pining for flavourless fizzy beer served in small glasses.

I think it helps that arguably the biggest Rugby club in the world are lining up Tronc on his return. He only come over because he was out on a limb salary cap wise.

| Whatever happens here, it is a real shame for all concerned.
However, being far from home in a strange country, trying to make new friends, trying to make sense of the weather, schools, food, lifestyle etc, can be very daunting.
It takes a while to settle in, and some get through it, and some don't.
