Cain reminds me a bit of Liam Campbell. I saw him a number of times. Not very big , no real size about him and at 17/18 years old was playmaker in our Academy team. Seemed to have all the attributes to kick on and 'make it', but for whatever reason it didn't happen and he's now back up in Cumbria doing the rounds of the clubs up there.

Cain seems to have all the ability in the world for his age. Hopefully he can kick on and make it with the big boys wearing a Trinity shirt.

Word on our board seems to be that Halley might be the player to come to Wakey. However that could be some just putting 2+2 and getting 5 after Halley was left out the squad last night.

I must admit, I know little about Cain but it would appear a bit of a gamble on Bradford's part if that was the deal. But we don't even have a specialist 1st choice stand off nevermind cover so it is an area we do need to recruit in.

Hyde, Crookes & Halley are the names being thrown about. I can't see Halley leaving: Just signed for 2 years, Bulls fan since a kid and i'm sure he'd rather stick it out and prove his worth.

I wouldn't want to lose Crookes though: promising young centre, there's not too many of them knocking about.


You can have Hyde though, he's good, but nothing special.
