The junior season ticket was always a risky proposition and has possibly backfired a little. Maybe should have been limited to one per ticket, with additional tickets at say £30 a pop.
Don't think it's a huge issue in the Championship, and it is a one off opportunity to attract a new generation of fans. However should we be back in SL next season, then it will need to be seriously looked at. ME has done us all a favour this season, but if we are to compete in SL then we will need to return it next year.

Agree with this. ME was dealing with a lot of unknowns, this initiative was probably a calculated risk, and next year he will be able to come up with a more informed strategy.

| Yes I agree about the junior tickets, but in all fairness we had nothing to lose this season by taking the approach we did.
A nominal charge for juniors would be the obvious thing to do next season.

| Got the email at 14.30hrs informing me that my season ticket was ready for collection. Feel a bit guilty that I didn't get straight into town and pick it up. I hope they don't bin it.

Mistakes are bound to be made this pre season due to changes in ownership as pre season started but I expect these things to run much smoother next off season.
You have to be careful in business and sales not to set and communicate short term targets for service delivery as it can often backfire and you end up under delivering based on your own communications despite the good intentions ofcourse.
