Well there's the good news.

Great news that we are staying but let's not get ahead of ourselves because we have been led down the garden path too many times.

Good that we ate at Belle Vue another year and promising that it seems the new owner is a little more helpful than the old one but i'm preceding with caution with this. Sounds as though it still has to have some major involvement from Yorkcourt and the council and that bit i have a major lack of confidence in given their track record.

Sounded good until the bit about the cooperation of the parties involved in NM. Still it puts the move off for 1 year at least.

This could offer a way out for YCP and Box (spit) so maybe a bit of a compromise deal and some cooperation isn't that unlikely

Exactly what I thought. Maybe a way Yorkcourt to get rid of us once and for all. It makes sense to us but when your dealing with Yorkcourt, previous events haven't exactly left most with much hope.

I like the sound of these guys at 88M group when you read info like this, '88m Group have already had initial Stadium designs drawn up, and are looking to upgrade these to a full 3D model in the next two weeks'. Shows they're not messing around and want to crack on with things.
