Quite right!
At what point do you delay the catering bringing the fresh food? At what point do you tell the bar staff and security staff the game is off? The later you leave it the more it will cost.
The forecast has been pretty well spot-on - suggesting that there will be more snow as the evening progresses.
I think it was a wise decision taken at the appropriate time. Much more sensible to take advantage of the Sunday slot - when there is time to clear everywhere of snow - and ensure that people have a much better chance of a) getting there and b) getting home!
Besides - it's bloody miserable out there! |

Agree.
Like you say it's currently miserable outside, snowing quite heavily a mile from the ground and that would have certainly affected the turnout for the game.

Another great reason for NM. Not a dicky bird of snow in Methley, seems as soon as you turn off Aberford rd summer summer summer. Plenty of standing water tho unfortunately, and the snow is starting to settle, damm.
