The organisation was spot on today, having Diversity on at half time made it easier for spectators to see them them and enjoy their performance. In the past we have made the mistake of having the entertainers on the field the same time as the teams are warming up . Thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment today..well done Wakey!

| yes but with the number of kids dancing around, did their parents get free tickets? if so crowd is artifially inflated and we the season ticket holders again lose out  |

they got tickets for £10 each....

If a rugby team was as well drilled and skilful as they were, they'd beat the Aussiie test team!
They were great. Never seen a crowd at any match watch the entertainment so intently.

Very true - apart from when Girls Aloud played at Elland Rd for the Tri-Nations match a few years ago. I've got a great photo of Lockyer standing just watching them move - big perv! |

It was a different setting to what they are used to with fans totally surrounding them, unlike a stage where the audience are just in front of you.
Surely the main thing is that is raised the attendance and they got a better reception than Chico, Ray Quin, Matt Willis etc

We were in front of the main stand and quite clearly Diversity brought in lots of fresh new faces (a little like ladies day against Quins that also worked well I thought). Hopefully some of the newbies might just have liked the experience and come back (it does help that they see a win).
The problem we now have is Belle Vue itself. Its antiquated facilities and very poor viewing positions make it very difficult to see either the game or the half time entertainment. I know some (new found visitors) who have been put off after the George Sampson visit. Roll on new ground!'"
One of the main problems with the george sampson visit was that he was surrounded by kids and press on the pitch so no one else could see. Yesterday worked great for me right down to the diversity lads walking round the pitch sighning stuff before the game started. |

i would just like to say a massive well done to all involved yest. it was a fabulous day out.
i am pretty new to the game as my first match was when you held the ladies day, since then my daughter has joined kittens which is great and my son attends the activity session on a monday and wednesday night.
i think the people that work within the community and marketing and media department are a credit to the club!

Just shows the club is making a big effort and in this case its worked, get on board and sit tight, the Wildcats rollercoaster will roll on. |
