| To be honest like both players, they are different kind of props. Korkidas is explosive and potentially could get the crowd going with a strong carry where as Bibey is an unfashionable, solid performer who will drive the ball in all day and win the ruck.
Both have their faults and both have their qualities and in my opinion a squad need both types to add variety to the forwards. Korkidas may get pushed back a little or get turned onto his back but he will take a few defenders with him. Bibey will take less defenders to stop him but will get a quick play of the ball for his side.

He hasnt been as good as in previous seasons. A few good game recently imo, and early in the season i wasnt impressed tbh.
The more cynical critic, could argue hes only playing well for a new contract.

Oh i wonder why that is?
They would maybe need to think about what Sams been through in the last 12 months or so before being cynical of him. and if they don't/can't understand that then there really is no hope, and i'm sure you would agree.

| I will admit that I am a fan of Korki.
However this is not just about the 'brothers' thing; nor is it about getting the crowd going. The main issue with Korki is the way he can alter momentum in a game through his sheer drive and will-power when hitting the ball up. The only player to come close to that is Ollie - on occassion - although I accept that Ollie has a greater workload.
I very much appreciate the work Bibey has done this year - but then I think our pack has been excellent most of the year and they have generally complimented each other in their styles. But the question was posed as to which of the 2 we would prefer to keep and, for me, the potential 'match winning' drives of Korki are a risk worth taking.
One final point - to cast aside the combined opinions of those who vote for the MotM award is really annoying. Why have these things if we don't have some respect for the people voting and the process of getting there. The players at the top of that list are there because they have contributed the most in providing the difference in winning games - that deserves at least some respect IMO.

I would say that Moore is still the most likely member of our pack to change a game either through, chasing down kicks, a big strong run or through a decent off load. He also gives that crowd lift as well.
As to the man of the match thing it's totally flawed Snitch has out performed every other member of the team for consistency. I can see how players like Drew and Brough are up there but with JD and Korki I can only assume it is on past glories and decisions are more personal.

| wigan away, hull away, castleford away, leeds away, saints away, hull kr away at half back, catalans home at hooker, bradford edingburgh, salford at home stand off, celtic away, harliquins home, those are the games JD has been a stand out playing at 9, 6, 13, 3 and thats the reason he is up there in the votes. i dont dispute Jd has had some bad games but he has played some very good games as well. remember he led us when drew brough obst moore stosic bibey and latu were all out at one point or another. Moore envolvements are hit and miss and spaced out between a good effort backed up by nothing for 5 mins as JD is constantly involved as are snitch and fergerson etc.

I just don't get this Korki thing, it's not just you it's everyone who buys into it. TRB you should be an agent you really should as I don't think it's possible to write a more positive piece on a player and JUST avoid actually fibbing.
Yes that is Korki from the most sanitised and positive perspective imaginable unless your his mum. Hats off though it's a great effort I almost went for it!
On balance I'd run with Korki, because I still see some chance of him actually working out how to be a real prop and if he ever does then BINGO! Bibey already knows but simply lacks any further improvement IMHO but it's a judgement call.
Truth is Bibey isn't top class and we mostly all know and accept that. Korki is nowhere near as good as as a really stubborn group of fans seem determined to make out. He has been better since he re-joined us but then in true Korki style he would be, he is always good when a contract is at stake.
Personally I think Korki and Bibey will both be shown up next year and perhaps Moore also when Stosic hits his straps and Tronc all going well shows us all what a true quality prop can do - sad but true, Korki IMHO is a false prophet.
As for the voting on here, come on that's strictly for fun and has no value at all in the real world. Just look at those figures again, you may like the Korki one but do any of the others mirror your own opinion?
