| Quote forever_trinity="forever_trinity"Yeah a KOP is a must for me, and hopefully will be a standing area, I hate sitting down, A hall of fame would be an excellent Idea
'"
Would LOVE a KOP end, there is a lot of vocal fans at BV but with no cover it just does not echo, so I believe with a roof the atmosphere would be brilliant. As you all know I love a great atmosphere
Hull tonight, setting off soon and can't wait

| I know its early doors but i'll ask anyway. Does anyone know what sort of timeframe there is on these new plans? Do we know when work will commence, how long will it take, has planning permission been submitted, is there a design for the stadium?

I may be in the minority but I'd like to see an all seater. Think they look better, create a perception of a safer environment for families partcularly with young kids who we want to encourage. Also the stadium has to look forward 50 years plus.'"
I agree, i'd like to see an all seater. I would alo like to see a wall of fame, similar to what the Aintree has for Grand National winners

| I would hate to see an all seater stadium it would take that rugby league element away. It would take us more towards the football and i wouldnt like to see that. A stadium similar to the Halliwell Jones would suit me down to the ground

Someone posting as Rodney Walker on the Swag site suggests that work will start in October and last for 18 months. Make of that what you will.

| one thing I would like is sensible prices,
one where you can appreciate that they are making a profit but not ripping you off, value for money rather than cheap and nasty,
the shop has sold quality gear now for some time and can extend the product line as more fans come to the new facilities,
the catering has got to be looked at for sure, the beer I think is well priced for profit making for the club,
could they be room for private businesses that got an annual license, we could rent it out, the quality could then be monitored to make sure it was up to standard without the problems that go with it ? just an idea

We need to get planning permission first. My understanding is that its hoped to have planning permission by the end of this year/early next year.
My experiece is planning will take at least 12 months and with a fair wind work could conceivably start middle of next year with the stadium being completed around the end of 2011. Just in time to start Super League in 2012.
I think this may be optimistic given planning etc. but at least we could be in a good position come the next round of Franchise Applications.

| I'd like to see us incorporate a motorway service station, petrol stn, Burger King, Newsagents, Small Holiday Inn type Motel etc...
The nearest one is either Wooley Edge or Hartshead Moor but both must be 15 to 20 miles away.
The location is superb for a services and with the prices they charge we could be quids in.
On to the stadium:
A nice scoreboard, one terraced end, superb playing surface (anything else would be a let down), a good sized lounge that normal speccies can use, nice toilets complete with light bulbs, a fans concourse area with food & beverage outlets, plenty of parking, access straight onto the motorway and a seperate one on to Aberford Rd, some all weather surfaces to generate even more income (the areas perfect for Cas Wakey, Leeds so should get plenty of bookings), If I'm gonna be fussy then no open corners please, magnificent sound system, exclusive lounge for ex-players .
