Don't know about the fastest but the slowest must have been either Les Tonks , Ray Baxendale or Burnt Turd

Personaly think Frew was as quick as Sampson if not quicker but unfortunately he played for us in a time when we didnt move the ball so much.
Late 80's early 90's i would think Andy Mason was as quick as anything we had.

I remmber him taking a pass stood still at the boulevard agen us . I have yet to see anyone move so fast over that 25 yards he was lightening .i seem to remember Jan Prinsloo who i think had a spell with you once alledgely posted a 9.5 100 yard dash so he wsas quick as well

Berwin Jones the fastest ,but there were some other fast men too Fred Smith, Jan Prinsloo ,Gert Coetzer,Dave Smith,Stan Smith[from the 30s]and what about the south african centre Alan Skene?
