Mcshane has been built up by sky as a class player because he can dink a ball into the in goal when Cas are down on the opponents line and one of his teams mates can pounce on it, he is a decent SL player and that is about it, playing in a good attacking side that suits his style of play. He would be completely ineffective against the Aussies.

Obviously McShane didn't want to play for us and he let it be shown, but much as I dislike the guy I wish we had a hooker/scrum half who was only half as good as he is at creating breaks and dictating the play in general. His work rate yesterday was 100% and he was dead on his legs at the final Whistle. He was there at acting half-back at almost every ptb right at the end.
