Lamps played scrum half for us as far as I remember. How do you want to compare him with Rocky?

Rocky vs Sonny- no comparison either. 24 GB caps vs a few for NZ Maori.

Mick started at scrum half but moved very quickly into the loose forward position where he was a revelation.

Lampowski was signed as a scrum half but moved to loose when we signed Allan Agar what a loss he was when he hung up his boots great player who would have being a star in SL

Some players like Fox Turner Round have no equal in a Trinity shirt

I have one of his playing shirts with a 13 on the back. Worse nose than Neil Kelly.

From Fitzy, he was actually a better winger than the 2nd David Jones, maybe not such a cult hero but he knew how to play the position better.

St Pats version would have been great if he'd ever learned to run at gaps instead of players, if he was put in the clear I swear he would of gone out of his way to try and run over someone.

I remember him running at players, I used to think it funny lol

A player people seem to forget is Ian Brooke.
Lightning quick GB centre also v good stand off.
Is it because he went to Bradford in his prime.
Also what about Big Neils ideal centre partner South African Alan Skene.
Also fellow South African Gert Oupa Coetzer.
Then the incomparible Poynton.
You didnt have to try and hide Harold in the defensive line.
Bob Haigh and and and ....
What memories.

I know many older fans who say the Neil Fox couldnt have done nearly as much had Alan Skene not done his tackling for him. Lots o great partnerships have that relationship, one a grafter the other a points machine.
