I wouldn’t argue with that it’s the right way to go. Full Backs cover more ground than anyone else in the team and make the most maximal efforts during a game, it’s a big ask to ask someone whose been out injured for months to come in and play the position straight away.

Jowitt also probably had]s a lot more experience at Half Back than Dagger
