The M62 is worst going east than west on a Friday night

You've obviously not been to many Friday night games over the M62 into Lancashire then!

A few but also I spend a lot of time travelling back and forth over the M62 everday of the week (not weekends) about 500-600 miles a week so feel I can speak with some confidence. All depends where you aim to get on the M62 in west yorks, I'm working in wales on the day of the game and need to get over to wakey to pick the family up to come back, I have already arranged to leave at 2 to ensure I get back to wakey in time to come back over to Widnes in time for KO and as this is a trip I have made a number of times I know it will be the trip home that will take considerably longer and won't be leaving Wakey til 6.30 and I'm confident that I will be at the ground in good time for the KO

3-5 of us going, in my own bus.

I travel from J26 to 31 through the week around 5p.m. and due to the roadworks the traffic going westbound between J28-26 is really slow, worse than eastbound and you only need one car to break down and it creates chaos. Not sure what time to set off but I think it will be much earlier than 6.30.

If you live west or south west of wakefield, go up to Grange Moor then down to Cooper Bridge and get on at J25 at Brighouse. Hey Presto - a lot of cr@p cut out.

Taking the girlfriend over to Widnes on the bus . Its her first live game so hopefully we'll put on a good show.
