Mate, i dont know what you are talking about with your childish "i claim" remarks, it is so boring..... don't you see how rediculous this whole project is? the stadium is a pathetically none subtle trojan horse being utilised by York Court to build this bunch of industrial buildings which will completely blight the whole area and for what? so that 2,500 die hard Wakefield Rugby league fans can go watch some guys run around on a pitch every sunday for 80 minutes.......Hardly a good reason to rip up the earth is it??

No, you are right you are not Andrew Booth, he at least understands the law of the land. You are aware of planning law and what it says about non-material considerations are you not? If you don't like the current planning law I suggest you right to Ed Balls and ask him if would consider proposing a change in the law to include non-material considerations... good luck with that BTW. |

The thing is that you lot think that you are right and that Newmarket is a good thing.... and why??
One reason only..... because you think it will save your ailing club.... thats it!!
And yet you have the audacity to complain about people who have real, solid reasons to not want this monstrocity.
I can assure you that this will not happen, it will be called in as Leeds Council are going to refer it to the SOS for valid reason if you read their latest evaluation of little Wakefields decision!!

Newmarket pit site is no more green belt than i am Neil Fox. Grew up in a area with a few of these reclamation sites and they are certainly not the rolling green hills of the Cotswolds. Dont get why people think they are.
