That one baffles me, as does the Marchy one.
They gave it their all and had a fair amount of skill, Lazenby especially.
And as stated above, I really don't see the fun in bagging our own players.
We finally start getting good news.....someone starts a 13 greats post to add even more good feeling...... and someone else feels the need to put something negative up.
It's a free world so I wouldn't stop you doing it, but I just don't get it.

| Steve McNamara (swear blind he only came for the money, never gave anywhere near the same effort he did at Hull or Bradford)
Brent Todd (came for the money with mate Mark Graham, turned into every tackle and sometimes tackled himself)
Andrew Fletcher (was the point in being comical in that he could only turnaround in one direction, someone would run past his right shoulder but he'd only spin left)
Stuart Smith (blind in one eye and you could tell. Must be up there with the highest rate of knock ons).

In full agreement about Todd.
Andy Fletcher was one of the best finishers we've had in my time as a fan. We've not had many who could pick a ball up in their own in goal area and go the full length of the pitch without ever being in danger of being caught. Saw this at Hull KR's Craven Park when Clive Sullivan knocked on grounding the ball. Add this to his CC Semi Final try and it's Legend status we're talking about here!

| Unbelievably I forgot to mention Paul Cooke, mind you that was probably obvious to many here.

Great shout! I'll edit my 1st post he was truly terrible. Uncle Albert used to point left after every tackle Trin made then play would go right.

| Can't resist throwing the old into the ring on threads like this. The "GITS" XIII for me would have to be:
1. Paul Reilly
2. Waine Pryce
3. Paul Sampson
4. Matty Sears - OK that one may be harsh.
5. Andy Kirk
6. Kevin King
7. Bobbie Goulding
8. Danny Lima
9. Maxime Greseque
10. Danny Sculthorpe
11. Brett Ferres
12. Steve McNamara
13. Paul Cooke - Top Git himself.
Top XIII to follow.

| Peter Benson, Richard Goddard, Jules O'Neil, Julian O'Neil, Bobbie Goulding, Fatnamara, Tony Kemp (although he did chuck a Cas player on the floor WWE style behind the ref's back at Cas once), Teapot, Cooke, Atkins once he'd cemented his position in the squad, Rob Spicer, Sculthorpe, that ref that got chased off the pitch that time

I always though Spicer was a decent player, his defence was awesome..
Wayne McDonald...Softest prop in rugby league alongside Bailey!!!
