I think Shaw, Aydin and Eseh offer more long term but there is a gap. Aydin is the only one even close to being a first-team regular and at the moment IMHO he's hit the wall young players do. At what point he makes the final move up is hard to say, next season if we are lucky. But I reckon none of them will be totally ready for a few more seasons. so, unfortunately, we need to either recruit and thus greatly eliminate the chances of those players. Or get every last ounce out of what we have until they are ready. Not easy.

I see Wire have included their new signing prop Thomas Mikaele in squad, only arrived in UK this week from down under.
Seems like he will add a bit of size to their pack, he's only 24 and weighs 17 stone 2lbs and also 66 NRL games under his belt.
Let's hope we can keep him quiet if, as looks likely, he will be playing his first game against us.

This is going to be a difficult game there is no doubt. They'll be targeting us and they have some outstanding players who are just waiting for an opportunity.
Powell will fancy his chances. But if we play like we can, rather than how we often do, we can win. |

If we show the effort we did against Hull and Warrington play like they did last week we’ll win comfortably, they truly were awful and looked like a team not playing for their coach. Wakey by 3 scores.
