And herein lies the problem with the Leeds position; if they'd have kept schtum, this outcome would be accepted - as it is, people will say that they've influenced the outcome with their witch-hunt nonsense.

How so in reality?
If the RFL had the evidence to find him guilty then they'd have used it and at the same time cleared their own name from Leeds' accusations.
Surely Leeds' statement would've made the RFL more determined to prove it wasn't a witch-hunt on their part to make themselves look squeaky clean.
That they still couldn't come up with a guilty verdict only proves one thing.....there wasn't enough evidence as was obvious from just about the beginning of this whole thing. |

Nope "apparently" the ref heard it last time (even though he took no action even though he thought it was aimed at him). This time we aren't sure the ref heard it, a few days later after the social media storm something has magically appeared in a report but Leeds rightfully questioning the validity of this has made the RFL realise they couldn't just come up with a guilty verdict based upon evidence they fudged together in the 48 hours after the match just so they can use the lines ''RL is against discrimination", "RL is a family sport", "RL State of Mind"
Also 99.9%??? Don't be idiotic.

Yeah, it was obvious from the beginning that the RFL were influenced by an internet storm rather than an actual offence.
Well, at least it was to leeds fans as opposed to all the opposition fans frothing at the mouth who couldn't look at the thing objectively, and then any leeds fan that didn't jump the gun and condemn hardaker, preferring to wait until things were proven based on evidence, were suddenly homophobic.
I mean just look at this thing. No player complaint, referee reports nothing. Mass internet hysteria. A couple of days pass and, looky what we have here, low and behold suddenly the RFL are ''investigating'' the incident. 3 weeks of (presumably) intense investigating pass, hardaker basically says 'WTF? come to a decision?', and as if by magic the next day the whle things dropped.
If you can't see this things been a sham from the start you probably shouldn't be allowed to breed and pass your genes on.
