It’s no different to Tupou coming back in for Hall and he’s a year older than Hardaker. I did mean more of a short term option for this season, but anything longer I agree with and I also don’t think he can trusted over a reasonable length of time.

If I had the choice of a decent 9 or Hardaker, I’d take the 9 and leave Kay on the wing. I think prop and hooker are more of a priority than three quarters.

It's s buyers market as far as ZH is concerned. There will be strings attached to any club he signs for, and he'll not get offered mega bucks. In last chance saloon again.

My money is on a return to Leeds.

We have quality centres (when they're all fit!)
We have a quality full back.
Also, I don't see Bill Tupou ousting Hall, the way that lad has been playing. I think it's his place to lose.

I preface my comments by saying I really don’t like Zak Hardacre … hoo is personal choices, his attitudes and his habits all repulse me.

He is, however a player that has achieved almost everything in the game… and still with a few years left in the tank. He has regularly torn our defence apart and has improved every team he has played for ( with the possible exception of Penrith) as a player he is better than anything we have had at Trinity for years… and I include all trinity players during that time… his playing record alone proves that.

To suggest otherwise is just silly!

Would I want him at Trinity?

No… but I didn’t want Brough or Cockayne or Westerman either

Is he a good player . Yes
Is it in a position that we are struggling . No

If a top class prop came up in these circumstances, then I think it would be worth a gamble. For a FB/ centre then not for me.

Similar to Tony Gigot, yes he is a good player in his own right, but not what we needed.

Let’s face it never going to happen and in fact based on our recruitment i doubt it was ever considered.

I'm sure it would be better for him but he only needs one option which ever that one that is, unlikely to be us as he's not a priority for us, he's a luxury we cannot afford, shudds might take a chance on him, but Fev's money is as good as anybody's, off the field he's an undesirable he hasn't learned his lesson at his 3 previous clubs but somewhere there will be a coach with an ego as big as his that thinks they can sort him out, so long as it's not our Willie who cares.
