You can loan players however as far as I know there is no mechanism to loan coaching staff. Kear would have to resign from Bradford, why would he do that?

It’s all good and well suggesting a DOR or an assistant but there’s one massive stumbling block and that’s Chester would he really want Someone of MACs calibre stepping in ? Personally I think it’s a great idea but I’m not sure who , there’s not many out there who would fit the bill as DOR but plenty of assistants and just because there local dosnt mean they would be any better or any more loyal
