Seriously I went on a crash diet last September and lost three and a half stone in two week, wouldn't recommend it though it nearly killed me.

No, crash diets not always healthy. They say 1-2lbs a week max, is the most healthy and sustainable way.

Lost almost a stone this year, and near on 3 since the beginning of 2019, by cutting down, not out on certain foods and exercising more.
