I'd keep it away from the VT to be honest, it'll only get derailed by the village idiots; Printer, King James, Crapdouche and the like. It'll start with a request for support and end up a circle jerk over Toronto. |

I get what people are saying about VT. However what matters is signatures/objections on the councils website. If we get a dozen idiots talking crap on here but half a dozen extra names down as objectors, then who cares? Anyway, point taken.

Done, still need much more and it really does take just a few minutes especially using TRB's wording, it's a copy and paste job if you don't feel you can put it any better terms than the original. Considering how many even hardcore fans this could affect the numbers should be more. Is this on the facebook groups as well. I know this post has been on only a couple of days but we need the numbers in the hundreds, not 70 odd like it was when I posted.

I've just reviewed this webpage about planning objections on Wakefield Council's own website, where they clearly state that they will consider objections which are borne from disagreeing with the PRINCIPLE of the development.

The council can only keep defending themselves for so long. Whilst previous criticisms have been levelled at the council, the objection we have now is so specific that there would be no room for them to wiggle. They either ignore it and embarrass themselves or they listen.
Let's keep the pressure up!! |

I’m still here, just not as much as I used to be!
I will explain more about the invitation to the new Trust in time, but I stand by the existing Trust although no longer sit on it.
I agreed that I could help in ways from outside the Trust that perhaps the Trust themselves cannot do, and this is part of that.
If you haven’t yet done so, please take time this weekend to submit an objection - as detailed on page 1 of this thread. Tim is running out.

| We really need a strategy to get this out to as many people as possible. When is the deadline (day and time?). Could this go on other social media channels? Could leaflets be given at the HKR game? Just some ideas  |
