| Jowitt for me ....Grix has been shocking the last two games and he will certainly be a target for Sneyds high kicks. I would prefer to see a fullback spilling the ball while attempting to catch it than just allowing it to bounce anywhere.

Hopefully they will have put too much emotion into beating Cas and cant get themselves up again so soon.
After all, it's "only Wakefield"
Me too. I'm afraid Grix has the dropsies back again. Has cost us too many points in the last month

| Think Max deserves to play after his performance at Salford, I felt it was unfair to bring Grix back in for the Leeds game when he'd done brilliantly. Hope he's in the 17 anyway.

| I see your point. And I'm not against it at all. Jowitt is excellent under the high ball.
I pick Grix for the defence management. We'll need to be on it to beat Hull.
It's nice to have the problem
The key thing in the game is for us to stick to it no matter what the score.
I can see Hull scoring points early and setting us back but I think they'll get tired before us and we need to be patient.
If Miller was fit this one would be great for him to come off the bench.

I wouldn't go that far but Grix is on thin ice after last week - we owe him that much after a great season up until then - but another stinker like Salford could be almost career ending it was that bad. Really don't know what's gone wrong.

I think that currently, IF both players were at the top of their game, Grix would get the nod but, with Grix looking so uncertain, dealing with kicks, at Salford, Max has to get the spot.
IIRC, he only made one error against Salford in the league game and he had 2 assists (one was to set up the game breaking try) and he has to be in.

That's what I'd go with leaving Grix and Sio out...still not the worst 17 considering injuries...can do a job with the extra 3 days...on paper we've a fair bit to find...we need to get in their faces from the off though and I think we've half a chance!

Thought Sneyd was out for 6 weeks?

Agree with starting team, but would have Grix on the bench instead of Walker. Give us some cover in the backs.

| The forwards have try and match the home pack, or we'll be on the back foot and a hammering.

Decent enough team there, as long as we don't concede lots early, the bench is good enough to take advantage of some bodies that played in searing heat, drunk some ale and had 3 days less rest.
